Mikayla Barringer is a young actress known for playing emotionally complex roles with a soft exterior and a surprising edge. With over three years of acting training in both LA and New York, she brings a grounded and instinctive approach to every role, whether it’s drama, thriller, or something a little darker.

Her youthful appearance often lands her in younger characters, but her performances carry a depth and vulnerability far beyond her age. She has played leads in several short films, including Strike Night, Mak & Tia, and Last Night, as well as a supporting role in the Bomb Squad Productions short Breakfast. Each project has allowed her to explore characters dealing with fear, friendship, fractured family dynamics, and quiet internal storms.

Alongside acting, Mikayla recently wrote, directed, and starred in her first short film Dead Ends, a psychological thriller produced with a full professional crew. Creating her own work has sharpened her eye for storytelling and made her an even more thoughtful and collaborative artist.
